Bodhi Tree Brighton is a charity that has its roots in the teachings of the Buddha. We run groups and activities where you can learn meditation and explore practice as it relates to daily life. We host workshops on creative themes. There is the opportunity to make connections with others and build supportive spiritual community. All our regular groups are held at the Anahata Health Clinic, for directions see our contact page.
We invite Buddhist teachers to facilitate day long meditation retreats at venues in the Brighton and Hove area. Click on the Events Button above for details.
Bodhi Tree Brighton does not have a fixed charge for its regular groups. We are committed to the principle of Dana, the Pali word for generosity, or giving, dating back to the days of the Buddha.
