In our fast-paced world its easy to for the mind to become cluttered with things to do and worry about- and obsessive thoughts do not stop when we want them to! This retreat will discuss five methods of working with thoughts in a skilful way (as taught by the Buddha in the vitakka santana sutta), to help us reconnect with and rest in the beautiful silence of the mind.
The day will include talks and reflections, periods of sitting and walking meditation and a Q&A session.
