We have taken the decision to cancel all Physical events until the end of June. We will monitor the unfolding situation and keep you updated.

Wherever possible the venues we use are wheelchair accessible, but please contact us before booking for a retreat or attending a group. Please also contact us if you have any other particular needs so that we can discuss ways of meeting them. Chairs are available at all of our venues. We welcome feedback on how we can be more inclusive as this is a core value for us.

  Ajahn Sundara  studied contemporary dance and worked as a dancer and dance teacher until her early thirties when she had the opportunity to meet Ajahn Sumedho in England and to attend one of his dhamma talks and then a retreat. Nicky was inspired to train as an art therapist following her time volunteering in Sri Lanka after the 2004 Tsunami, where she facilitated groups which enabled people to use images and words to express and process their experiences.
