Empathy, Forgiveness and Freedom
The Buddha said the wise all share something in common. A deep sense of empathy.
What is empathy? How we do find it within ourselves and others?
What gets in the way of empathy?
Forgiveness is powerful and healing for ourselves. Are we obliged to forgive others?
Is there another way to approach painful situations, past or present?
What is the relationship of spirituality to freedom?
What do we mean with the words spirituality and freedom?
Evening and daylong consists of talk/questions/meditation/reflection/inquiry and group sharing.
People can attend for Friday evening (7.30pm-9.30pm) or Saturday (10am – 5pm) or both.
