‘Just as the dawn is the forerunner and precursor of the rising sun, so too good friendship, that is association with the wise, and careful attention are the forerunners and precursors of the factors of enlightenment.’ Samyutta Nikaya, 46
Insight Dialogue, relational meditation practice, provides a unique opportunity to cultivate and explore the Factors of Awakening within the context of relationship. Mindfulness, investigation, energy, joy, tranquility, concentration, and equanimity, combine to offer the meditator a practical guide for the development of the mind. The potential fruit of this enquiry is a mind capable of insight, and clear seeing – Vipassana. We will explore how we can cultivate a mind inclined to clear seeing and wisdom in the midst of relationship.
