Wise Speech, practising in the World - with Sister Metta
26th November 2016
10:00 am - 5:00 pm
Speech is like fire which can warm or burn, if used skilfully it can reduce suffering and creates harmony in our lives. When used with mindfulness it can help us to make our relationship with other people and with ourselves more balanced, truthful and kind.
During the day we will look at how we can use wisdom and kindness to resolve life situations outside of our reactive patterns.
