Dharmarama - a Dharma practice group on Monday evenings, 630-830pm at St Peter’s Church Hall, Offham, Lewes BN7 3PX.

We meet every Monday to listen to a Dharma talk and sit together in meditation. This is not a taught session - those who want to can offer to hold the space each week.

Please bring your own cushion. If you would like to come along either just turn up or contact Leif on 07795 441 491.

This group is best suited for those with some Buddhist meditation experience.
