2nd and last Thursday on Zoom 6-7.30 pm,  next meet just on Zoom is on 8 January and February 12th 2026

On the last Thursday of each month the in person session is live=streamed from Anahata, 119 Edward St., Brighton. 6-7.30pm. Next meet on and 29th January and 26th February 2026

A welcoming space in which to share meditation practice and explore teachings from different traditions.
