Chamtrul Rinpoche will guide us on how to sit, breath and focus during meditation.
The afternoo will start with Rinpoche chanting Tibetan Buddhist prayers. Then we will all read together the 4 lined prayer together.
May all beings enjoy happiness and the causes of happiness
May all beings be free from suffering and the causes of suffering
May all beings never be apart from the supreme bliss, which is free of all suffering
May all beings live in great equanimity, free from the attachment and aversion that keep some close and others distant (Repeat 3 times)
